In the near future? I don't think think so. I'd say maybe in a few years they'll announce another comic book version. I think we'll get another movie PF though in the meantime.

I really think this Cap is the one to own for the new wave Thor and Hulk. It's gonna look great.

That could be any number of buildings. I'm actually not worried about the base at all. Looks like the Thor base and this cap base could actually be from the same building.
