You could still PO and not have to pay until August next year though. Is that enough time to save? All you would have to cough up is the NRD for now.

I was planning to do the payment plan to soften the blow, but I got hurt at work and now going through the surgery process, so I feel a little vulnerable in the cash flow aspect right now.

I like that pose on this, but I like the pose on the 'classic' that much more.

I definitely like the pose of the classic much more. However, I think that the signal hand on the new Cap looks cool. Although I bought the EX, I'll probably display it with the signal hand. It depends on how it all turns out. It's always nice to have more display options which is why I ordered the EX.

I definitely think the original Cap deserves its grail status while this new statue has the potential to be a grail someday (in my opinion). I think that the multiple display options (3 switchable hands for EX and 2 shields) will make this statue interesting for collectors who missed out or will discover the hobby in the future. I missed out on the original Cap because I'm a relatively new collector but aside from the pose, I love the two shields that the original Cap PF had.

In this price range I don't think there is anything better on the market currently.
