It's a museum replica, much less functional and stylized to look closer to the classic comic version (hence "Golden Age").
Don't forget that in this universe comic books about Cap existed and he was a pop star before entering the war.

But come on, you can't expect that exhibition replica is as complicated and functional as the real thing.

I'm glad to see the reviews matching the intensity I feel from the previews. I had a deep down fear that this movie may not live up to the previews. Absolutely pumped for this!

Never really gave it that much thought. I was just curious if they went the TDK route with explaining how it was different.

Just read that Feige said he has the actor who plays the Winter Soldier in a 9 picture deal. Apparently, this ones not going to be a throw away villain. Just wondering how many flicks they think they can fit him into or if hes just going to play the character until retirment age.

The Winter Soldier (or Bucky) becomes the new Captain America. He's been converted back to being a good guy before all of that obviously, so I think they'll do that with the MCU, have him do a 360 and redeem himself somehow (not sure if he'll take the mantle of CAP though, Natasha did it with SHIELD support

I don't think it's a spoiler since there's nothing to really spoil Anything will be speculation but I would love to see Bucky take on the mantle of Cap. I'd be fine with Cap 3 being a dual Steve/Bucky story.

That don't mean nothing at all if they decide to bring his character back he's under contract to come back if they don't want him they will recast all it means that have if they want him they have him.
