I know. Certain magazines release earlier than the printed month. I remember getting Gamestop magazines like that.

I believe Empire releases the month before. I bought the BVS issue a few weeks back, and that's the March issue.

Maybe that cover will be Spider-Man I doubt it though

The sub cover is usually the same cover without the lettering(words) overlay. Usually.

I've seen the covers be completely different too.

In the initial piece Empire did for this cover they made sure to specify that the subscriber cover has yet to be seen and is (in their words) "particularly exciting". I doubt it's the same cover they've already shown.
