I would hate for that rumor to come true but it would make sense for the plot to move forward.

I really think they could use any character for that though, doesn't have to be one of the new ones and certainly not a female when there's barely any female representation in the films.

I know it's inevitable that a lot of these sorts of plot points are coming, but for me it's really sinking in that this is all coming to an end. As a movie lover, the overall experience of the MCU has been one of the best, like following a tv show for years and now we're a few episodes from the series finale. I don't rule out being a fan post Infinity Wars, but the characters they're lining up are very new to me and the cast and all will have to wow me as well as phase 1-3 did.

Unless phase 3 changes anything I would have to give the overall "connected universe" a failing grade up to this point.

Center of London destroyed by a visiting alien THAT WASN'T the Chitauri, meh, no need to mention it anywhere or have it connected to AOU in any way.

Pepper Potts stopped a terrorist organization with her newly found super powers, meh....blow it off.

Did I mention just how awesome TWS is though.

Keep this baby rolling! I'm fine with a new cast. It'll be like a new creative team taking over after Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, and hopefully, the writing, cinematography, and creative freedom will improve! There's so much potential in this universe!

Well, I honestly don't mind if Tony, Thor, or Bruce back down for a bit. Repeat, for a bit, afterwards since most of my favorite Avengers are in the Netflix shows, Agents of SHIELD, and upcoming solo movies. XD We just need Spider-Woman and I can die happy. JUST GIVE ME BENDIS' NEW AVENGERS AND HICKMAN'S AVENGERS ROSTERS.

I hope that's real. It's not as comic book accurate as the ASM2 costume, but it's close enough to the classic costume and the underarm web is really cool. His body also looks better and more comic accurate than Garfield and Tobey.
