Way better looking costume.

Great Ant Man costume :clap Vision > Everyone. :lol Also I kind of feel like Scarlet Witch should be there instead of Agent 13

Since it's a Cap movie I'm glad they are giving some prominence to Agent 13. She should actually be the female lead and should've been in Winter Soldier too, imo.

What ends up being in the actual film... who knows? But I think she's like sixth billed so it should be a pretty meaty role.

She was supposed to have Nat's role in TWS. The Russos said that that was how it was in the original script but Disney wanted to get another familiar Avenger in there so general audiences didn't have to get to know two new characters in Falcon and Sharon.

But yeah, I'm glad hat Sharon seems to be having a larger role this time around. She definitely deserves it especially being such a major Captain America character.

Ugh, that sucks. As good as the film was, I think it would've been better if they split Black Widow's role into Hawkeye (for the familiarity and to flesh him out more) and Sharon Carter as a proper, good introduction. I think Hawkeye was even rumored to be in Winter Soldier too back when they were filming.

They've given way too much screen time to Black Widow. I really hope she's not a major part in Civil War but I think she will be.

Black Widow is in these films only because producers think that Johansson draws more audience.

Maybe she does if Hot Toys figure sales are anything to go by. Ridiculous how many figures she has and people are still waiting for even one Ripley.

Dolls of a hot lookin' female are popular? No waaay! :lol
Forced marketing and nothing else. They could just as easily introduce Ant-man and Wasp in "The Avengers" but were afraid of a never existed "obscurity" of both characters despite them being the original Avengers. Hawkeye was also completely wasted in that film.

Historically, female figures don't sell as well as male ones.
Well, we are talkin' comic book stuff and female characters are as popular as male ones there.
Maybe even more considering that CB audience consists mostly of immature males. :lol

No matter how bad we seem, at least we're not weeaboos... :lecture

Scarlett Johansson is the biggest female name Marvel has, that's why she's featured in these films. In the Iron Man movies it's Paltrow. In the Thor films it's Natalie Portman. Marvel has a formula that they are going to stick with and it will never change.
