To be fair, though, if you're the ambassador to a foreign nation on American soil, it might not be a good idea to go up against their Government right when you get there...even if it is to team up with a guy who has "America" in his name.

I think its more about being against Winter Soldier for Panther, to me at least the WS seems to be the villain of the movie in some ways. Although I'm team Iron so I may be biased.
