I like how that so far they haven't really tipped their cards on details of the story so far. Some trailers tend to show too much.

Did you guys see Spider-Man in that Coke ad?

This was a lot of fun, but it's hard to argue with registration from some people's perspective when you got destruction and potential body counts over a can of Coke. This kind of stuff happens all the time with in the comics during petty super squabbles. I haven't read much Fantastic Four, but in the little bit that I read, Thing and Johnny would get in fights and smash up a building, and then get indignant with the owners for wanting recompense since they save their lives in the past. I still side with Captain America, since I'm sure he wouldn't defend the actions of those who abuse their powers.

Liked the Super Bowl trailer alot more than earlier ones- Stark's new watch is awesome..

I don't understand why Marvel has yet to show Sharon Carter and Scarlet Witch in the same promo shots or footage. It's like they can only show two females at a time or something :dunno

Hopefully Sharon's role wasn't cut again to focus on another female in the film. I'm holding out hope since she's high on the cast credits and has lego and funko figures.

Just a wild guess, but I suspect this has partly to do with the shared rights issue for Scarlet Witch. Promo art and merch marketing tend to feature Agent 13, whereas live actor materials for theatrical tend to feature SW. For the latter, they could feature both actresses, but perhaps the marketing folks feel Cap's side (typically 6 heroes) could look too large relative to Tony's (5 heroes), because then it'd be 7 vs 5. Also Ant-Man shrinks, so that helps with the visual balance.

It's still unclear how big of a role Sharon will have in this film. She could be more of a sidelines player like Fury and Hill. That plus the fact that SW has had a more prominent role in AoU compared to Sharon's small role in TWS could be why they're starting to lean more on SW for more recent marketing.

Jackman was dumb luck on Fox's part because the original actor broke a bone shooting MI:2.

There was a lot of resistance to RDJ for Iron Man and look how that paid off. Some of the best success isn't planned.

Fox also signed all merchandising rights to Star Wars over to Lucas, so they're not the smartest lol
