It is somewhat lame that the avengers have been going through their own mini civil wars since the first movie though. Have they ever actually been a team? I don't recall any of them getting along that well. Most of the movies are made up of them fighting each other.

Come to think of it yeah they have been fighting in both of the previous movies, I am hoping I finally see some cause and consequence in this movie , for all the crap BVS it at least had that and I think this movie will finally address that finally someone is going to address alI the damage that is taking place. I need to feel stuff is on the line like oh crap they may not make it out of this one. Crap some one need to Die, haha

I'm pretty certain you will get that.

The implication in age of ultron before SW plays her tricks is that they have been gelling perfectly as a team as they've gone after the scepter time and time again. In the beginning of the battle they are in unison. But I think a neat little montage would have been a better introduction to that battle--then we see the twins and Hawkeye getting hit.

We should have seen more of the bond between cap and Tony that they had at the end of AoU. That's the one time I believed them as genuine friends.

Well that brings in one point I never did like in the movie that they had to manipulated in to creating Ultron like non of these characters have a Darkside they can do know sin , this movie looks to be doing a little of that were they are once again being manipulated by some one.

Hope this movie can take to were it needs to go or else it will be a.similar experience nothing is at stake all will be fine in the end and they will kiss and make up.

The Russos said this movie will leave you wondering who was right all along and also having an ending that builds up to infinity wars, which in this case I feel like it's more like an cliffhanger or something

Build up to infinity war hum, l never did like those scenes in Age of ultron as the felt forced and even more so since that movie was 3 years away and in this case 2 years away.

Nobody is going to remember that, we have got 4 movies between this and infinity war part 1 that's one hell of a long cliffhanger.

Thanos don't get me started on him they have been teasing him for 6 years they should have done a much better job with him or else he will end up looking like the rest of Marvel's Villians and for that to happen they need to drop the whole family friendly routine to make him truly formidable and menacing.

And my only wish is for Vision to look like this:

I just don't like the curtain cape, skin toned bracers/boots, the lack of belt area and collar.
I don't feel anything even remotely close to "hate" towards his MCU design but it could be better.

While the collar would be awesome that cream color would just blend with the sky, I can see why they gave the cape that colored texture.

But yeah love that collar! :lol

Yeah I at this point don't even want to think of infinity war right now. In all honesty I prefer the focus on earth...with the exception to thor and guardians. If it wasn't for Thanos' comic reputation he'd be the dullest tease ever so far.

Hopefully we get a very good Zemo. Winter Soldier was done very well. I'd love to see Dr. Doom get a real chance to shine. Dr. Claw should be a good villain when his time comes. Maybe even a Red Hulk eventually...but I don't even want to get caught up with guys like Thanos yet. They still need some strong villains for all these films leading up to anything like Infinity Wars.

He's the hero he never wanted to be, but the one we want right now.
So we'll laught at him. Because he can take it. Because he's not our hero.
He's a loud comedian, a purblind actor. A not so super man.

To promote Civil War, which hits theaters on May 6, “Team Captain America,” a.k.a. Chris Evans, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, and Paul Rudd will appear on Monday’s show, while Wednesday’s installment features “Team Iron Man”,” a.k.a. Robert Downey Jr., Don Cheadle, Emily VanCamp, Chadwick Boseman, and Paul Bettany.

Also a new set video (which includes Emily VanCamp) :love

Why is Agent 13 listed as Team Iron Man? Either it's a typo, or she's clearly the double agent. If it was a part of the plot I doubt they would have her face plastered all over Team Cap merchandise and promo material

One month away from release!!! I'm scared why they are doing much promotion on this movie like it needs it

I believe Disney may own GMA, they own so much, I feel like a lot of promotion is driven by being in Disney's hands, the two most marketed films I've seen in a long time are this and Force Awakens, both Disney.

Yeah I wouldn't stress the advertising. I really don't think we've seen that much.

Thing too is, GMA isn't exactly an uber popular show with the target demographic for this movie, if anything it might catch some parents' attention.

Things to really look out for are excessive tv spots and too many key points given away in ads. BvS seems a good example, lots shown off before release and no real surprises in the movie.
