Feature on the ladies.

It shows Black Widow and Agent 13 fighting together, maybe that's what Emily meant when she had a fight scene with Scarlett. (fighting together, not eachother) I hate that they haven't shown her in her other outfit yet (the one from all the promo and some merch) I really hope she does wear it in the film and she has another fight scene other than this one. We've also yet to see her with her weapon either.

From Comics to MCU.
Wandas powers have always been difficult to define and her MCU counter part seems no different.
Again her powers don't seem all that different from the comics and to be fair they've only been shown them in one movie so far.
Her power for mind control/visions seem to indicate more than just TK.
Who knows what the Mind Gem is capable of influencing and doing.

Wanda's powers started as probabillity manipulation and evolved towards straight-up magic with a few hints of techno-"implants" from the High Evolutionary. Currently she's mostly a witch and her solo deals with supernatural threats akin to Doctor Strange's. The whole thing was a result from Wundagore being a sort of "magic beacon", which, coupled with Wynham's experiments, made Wanda insanely powerful.

She can give you good or back luck, how's that difficult to define? :lol Just because they're pink doesn't mean they're similar, they are very very different.

I like TK a lot, but making SW TK is pretty lame.

It's not as simple as that. It doesn't make much sense, but if, for example, you were writting a test which you hadn't studied for and thus the probabillity of acing it was, like, 10%, she could raise it up to 100%. Granted, she never used it in such a way, but according to the "summary", she could do it. It really doesn't have any logic, which is why she got bumped to a straight up witch and a user of "Chaos Magic".

That's what I said, she basically gives you good luck, it's "luck" to you because it's unknown probability to you, but that's what Chaos Magic is too.

She's a reality warper but it's pretty much luck, it's luck to the external beholder, even to herself at the beginning, no need to explain it. Just say it's luck.

Say for instance in that gif she's getting shot at, instead of blocking it with a TK shield all lame and ****, she could fudge reality so that the soldier would miss all the shots, like he's firing at her with an assault rifle and he's missing every.single.shot, it would make for a great appropriate comedic moment for the soldier to scratch his head, like that scene in Pulp Fiction.

Instead they nerfed her to stupid TK. :slap:

Yeah, my bad, sorry. It's just that some folks think that she can only manipulate small-time events like in the old days. Still, her current powers are more like Doctor Strange's than her originals'. Which makes her powerset easier to explain and her more versalite, so from a marketing standpoint it makes sense.

Yeah, her having just TK is dumb. I get why they didn't involve the High Evolutionary and Wundagore (even though I hate that, cause I love good ol'Wynham), but her powerset is generic and lame. Maybe the Russos will touch up on that in Infinity War? Honestly, Whedon shouldn't have directed AoU IMO.

Wasn't she considered an omega level mutant when she was still a mutant? I mean, she has the "no more mutants" thing, that ain't a small feat :lol

I was hesitant to blame Whedon because I always blame him :lol but yeah :lol I get why they did it, but it makes her kinda lame imo.

If they Russos just straight up retcon it and make her powers like the comics, I'll eat it up, but I doubt they will.

Yeah, she was considered an "Omega". She's still uber-powerful, but since she's not a mutant, she's just uber-powerful. I didn't really mind the ret-con, to be honest. She and Pietro being Magneto's children was a ret-con as well, and either way. Plus, I love the High Evolutionary, so if we get more stories with him, I'm game. Granted, the whole thing was reeking of "synergy", but the same can be said for many things nowadays (Wally West I'm looking at you).

Certainly not in Civil War, but there are rumours that she'll maybe have something to do with Doctor Strange, so maybe in Infinity War she gets an upgrade. They are gonna need more than muscles to defeat Thanos and his Bling Gauntlet after all.
