All true. I have been looking for merchandise civil war related like the marvel shirts, but haven't found any good ones, yesterday walking into hot topic finally saw some but the prices were like a couple of dollars higher than DC and regular shirts. I have to admit though, toys for this movie suck, there is NOTHING good that I wanted to buy other than Hot Toys

forbes agrees with ign. Idk looks like we got another good marvel movie on our hands. Stoked to see this in imax, these days its hard to come by imax without 3-d though. Are any of these screenings in 3d? Wonder how the 3d will turn out.

I mean, maybe if I was one of the myopic fanboys who sees all this as some kind of arbitrary race or contest I'd care. But I'm not. I happen to like Marvel as well, and I very much look forward to CIVIL WAR too, and want it to be awesome.

Where's Irishjedi

I just read his review. It's actually pretty good! I mean, it is predictably gushing and often borders on hyperbole, but overall it's one of his best reviews in a while. And his enthusiasm for the movie and these characters seems absolutely genuine. And that's pretty cool.

Also, he doesn't even once mention the DC films in this review or make that direct comparison, which shows a surprising amount of restraint (especially for him). I imagine most reviewers will be too lazy to NOT do that, and will fill their reviews with the same tired DC v Marvel pablum.

This is a good review. One of the few times recently that he doesn't across as a total windbag.

I think in that sense he means it in a enlightening kind of way...so I think it's a good thing.
