Re: Captain America 3 (May 6, 2016)

Posted by me in April 2014:

I have a hard time believing that a "Death of Cap" story would work for the next film. We've basically seen two Cap movies now where he makes a heart tugging "sacrifice play" at the end. To end a third movie with people weepy (in and out of the film) over Cap's fate might be a bit much.

Kudos to the Russos for not going down that road. :rock

Well watch DD first Episode.....
Damn fine story acting and production...not expected from a Netflix TV show....

Its on the list! Thanks I was desperate for a new show.

Jessica Jones is the superhero equivalent of a lifetime movie but at least it has a great villain.

I don't remember if I even finished the first episode. It felt so forced.

How do you determine which ones you own at home? Or do you just buy them all? FF, Deadpool, etc. Are you getting X-Men: Apocalypse?

It will be easier to answer what Superhero movie I don't own:

Catwoman
Supergirl
Superman 3
Superman 4
Elektra
Ghostrider 2
Batman Forever
Captain America 1990
Lundgren Punisher
Wolverine Origins
I'm always tempted and tormented by Batman Forever though, but I refuse to give in. :lol

Don't ask me if I own any Transformer movies. :monkey2

I don't mind having BF at home. I couldn't resist buying the four film anthology for the price of a single blu-ray a few years back when Best Buy had it on sale for $19.99: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0013N7AD8?psc=1&smid=AL33YRD7161LQ

We know you love Batman& Robin so it's understandable if you don't own BF. They have almost the exact same story beats and musical score. I'd be interested to actually play them on dual screens beside each other to see how lazy they got when making B&R.

I forced myself not to buy the anthology just to not own BF. :lol

Oh, and I forgot Wolverine Origins, I don't own that one either.

BR is funny.
BF is painful.
