Is Best Buy going to get any more of those Civil War steelbooks or are they out completely? My store was sold out in hours....

They almost always turn up on Bestbuy.com again, eventually. Only problem is they will be full price, which is probably $40 in this case.

My GOTG Steelbook was damaged, so I returned mine but couldn't get another, eventually it showed up again on their site for full price, so I bought it and brought it in to the store and the Customer Service Rep refunded me the price beyond what I originally paid.

I'll keep an eye out. Thanks for info!

My advice going forward is to preorder steelbooks on Bestbuy.com in advance. Saves the hassle of trying to find them in-store before they sell out.

First day of Autumn(or Spring) today. It made me think of the song Tony's mom was singing in the hologram. "Try to remember, the kind of September" :)

Anyway, I've watched this 4 times now and CW is a solid 8.5/10 for me. Without a doubt it has the best action of any film in the MCU. Couple that with good acting, conflicted characters and above average dialogue and you get a great comic book movie. I don't even want to call it a superhero movie because outside of stopping Crossbones from getting away with whatever was in the vial they really didn't do anything superheroic. I know team Cap thought that's what they were doing by trying to get to Zemo and the winter soldiers but it turned things turned out otherwise. Not a complaint, because it was great twist on the usual villain smackdown, but not something I'd put into the superhero category.

I loved Spidey in the Airport battle but I think Paul Rudd steals the show or at least is as big a highlight for me every time I see it.

I dont usually buy steelbooks but I love the cover art of the civil war one. But good point on PO

I almost took my chances with the shelves, but thought better of it :lol

Bone dry empty. Mine only had 3 BR and handful of DVDs left. Must be popular movie

Well, enjoy them while you can! In a couple of years Blu Ray technology will be obsolete, and your fancy packaging will be about as valuable as clamshell VHS tapes are today.

I know that comment was somewhat tongue in cheek, and I hate to hijack the thread, but does anyone here have a 4K set up? The jump from VHS to DVD was noticeable to the eye. The jump from DVD to Blu-Ray was noticeable to the eye. Is 4K clearly that much "better" than Blu-Ray? There's got to a point where the human eye/mind cannot process the difference in quality, right?

Does it ever wake you in the middle of the night? The feeling that one day they will pass that foolish law or one just like it, and come for your virtual movies?

At least streaming picture quality is finally getting pretty close to discs. Case in point:
