I don't think I'd watched TDKR since TWS came out so watching it again this weekend it was hard not to feel like Selina Kyle was fighting in slow-motion compared to CW Widow. I still liked TDKR though. A lot. So while I still wish Nolan had done several things differently the good he brings to the table covers such a multitude of sins.

I'm sure the MOS score is decent but it really is tainted by the movie itself, IMO. Kind of like AOTC. Technically I'm sure the score is great on its own but I'll never know. If I ever hear "Across the Stars" I can't help but cringe.

I really liked that movie until I watched it with the commentary and realized damn near all of it was made up. You're right though, it's a great score and I swear at least two big movies used it for their trailers.

Dude, I agree! I love my John Williams but the MoS score is very alien and sci-fi, which I dig a lot. The guitar music in the song Flight gives me chills when it starts. I can imagine that being used at the end of Neo's speech in The Matrix instead the RATM song and working perfectly.

I think a cool "Ghostbusters by decade" unofficial trilogy would be the original GB, The Frighteners, and then SS.

On a side note, he has extremely long arms. Hope that's addressed in the story.

At least he can scratch his knees without bending down.



And a very small head. I can think of one comic book artist that could really use a anatomy class.
