Cap wins easy. Batman is a guy in a mask, pissed his parents got killed. He can't beat anyone with true superpowers.

I think Cap would ultimately win but I think that's because it'd be an endurance/stamina kind of thing where Batman would eventually just give out and succumb to his own non-super soldier body.

For the record, I say this battle is somewhat uneven. Capt got power, not so great, handed to him. Sure he got strong will and a good heart but he didn't do any heavy weight lifting to earn it. I am sure he's train on fighting skills and educated to some extent. Maybe he have to lift some weights to stay in shape? Now Batman have to stay active and have to keep it that way. He try to stay in top shape physically and mentally. Sure he's rich but its all natural. Batman have a lower chance of winning but still have a chance.

I think everyone is forgetting that Captain America is a the perfect fighting machine. He's faster and stronger than Batman and at a certain point he will wear him down.

To me this is the very best DC v Marvel comparison though. Almost anything I could imagine that would give one the advantage I could also imagine being the case for the other.

Don't forget too, Cap heals faster, so Batman would get more fatigued as the fight pressed on. Cap is essentially Bane with a mind for strategy, fighting, super agility, etc. Batman loses.
