So SS contacted me about the paint smudges on my carnage. The biggest problem area is under the knee where the black smudges onto the red about a quarter in size. Otherwize the piece is not damaged at all. The other spots are minimal at best.

They offered me 35.00 or exchange....should I chance getting a worse/broken one?

Take the cash unless it just ruins the statue for you. Think about it...thats an excellent exchange rate..."a quarter" for $35!

So it's obviously your call, but IMO smudges on this particular statue are not THAT big of a deal. Carnage is a black and red writhing mass of symbiot...so black smudges just kinda look natural on him...

We all went through it... lol.
Don't think for a second that it was a breeze for anyone. We all went ....wtf is this...??
However, once all the pieces were in place, Carnage looked awesome!
