I think the Ex on this is fine because we are getting a lot with this item. A switch out head and cat are nice and above and beyond what usually comes with a reg. Prints IMO should come with the Reg also. I am one of the few that sort of hates Ex or fail. I feel bad if I or others miss out on an important Ex that one must have or it's not worth having. Like Rhino comiquette. I would have to have the EX for the switch out head because the one that comes with the reg is so darn ugly.



See I think they sort of skimped with Superman.... Batman and Catwoman come with switch out heads on the Regs. Then they give us a little something extra. Superman just has a Switch out head. Now I guess saying Skimped out is not the right wording as an extra head is a nice EX. But I just don't look at the other DC characters as skimping out since the Reg are already loaded.

Oh and Joker EX had an Extra head also.... I know Harley does also but I don't know if that is just for the EX.

Usually when Quality rises then the Price goes up also.

Having said that... With the exception of Batman (which again I believe was just a very complicated piece to do and ship and did not have much to go with QC) what other SSC pieces are having all of this "lack of quality"

Add that to the fact that their customer service is pretty great. They either replace a broken item, offer you a rebate, or if they don't have anymore of the item they give you a full refund. What's the problem???

I see the price and edition sizes rising, but not the QC. Some of the extra profits the company is making should go to better QC.

Clearly, I've become the villain and couldn't care less. Ughs some of you guys are seriously messed up if things get you this irked. Sideshow is great and all but these threads have become insane with hostility. The attached article sums SOME of you guys up perfectly. No offense to the normal dudes around here. No offense to anyone really. Just shows my My Masters in Psych is pretty right. Later and seriously, I'm not going to hurl insults but if someone questions anything about your precious toys you go ballistic. Enjoy collecting whatever u like but you seriously need to calm down. If they paid more people to oversee the quality of their products and more money to the people manufacturing their products, don't you think we would receive higher quality products? I'm sure those extra profits are already spoken for, just by the wrong people.

They might. They might not. I don't know why they have issues. It's been said in the past that they don't have anyone from California over seeing things in China. It's also entirely possible that that would solve nothing. You could speculate that paying the laborers more would help get better work done as well. It's still no guarantee.

If people are so bummed out about not getting prints, why not just print one out yourself? Just get awesome photo paper and print it yourself. I always make amazing quality prints with my printer, and if you need something bigger you can always just go to kinkos or something.
