The Snowtrooper helmet... Brilliant!!!
I have everything else lined up and getting ready to try and figure out the paint match, but I just could not find a helmet I liked. I did not even look at the Snowtrooper for that. I have a couple coming from eBay to work on this and a custom Snowtrooper. Thanks so much for your help!

No problem, I am looking forward to seeing your version of Veers.

I forgot to mention that I used black electrical tape for the black outline around the outer edge of the helmet. I also had to dremmel the head down a bit to get the helmet to sit at the proper angle. I wanted it to look "flared out" a bit more on the sides.

The Hasbro helmet isnt perfect, but I think its the best solution we have at the moment.

I did some work on Taym's boots today. I also started working on the pants.

It looks in the reference pictures that the covers on the boots are metal, so I tried to give it that weathered look. I am still sorting out the colors on the pants and patches, I will probably lighten them up a bit.

Lots to do, but coming along.

Feroze the boots are Dragon boots. I cut pieces of leather and painted them to look like metal coverings. Loads to do still, but getting there.

Thanks Barry, the skiff is in my imagination at the moment, but it has to be done eventually.

yea thats kind of a dream of mine too. i would love to tackle that one day. between work & taking care of 3 households there are not enough hours in the day anymore for me.

I did some work on Taym last night/today. I lightened the pants a bit as well as the patches and leggins on the pants.

I added the cuffs to the shirt and repainted it. I added the buckle to the belt and the belt loop.

I darkened the vest a bit and weathered it. Im not sure I am happy with it, but we will see. I may do something else.

I darkened and weathered the helmet wraps a bit, I still may do some work on it. Anyways, here where we are at on him...

That is the Gentle Giant bust head that I am going use for a 1/6th custom.

I think they are resin. Its very heavy.
