Thanks Jason, that means a lot coming from you.

Its fun for me to go back and look at stuff I did a couple of years ago. Stuff that I was proud of and thought was good then, not so much now. Its great though, it shows me how much I have learned the past few years.

All the feedback and ideas we bounce off one another really help us all. Thats what makes this place great!

so i was looking through your older stuff..some really cool bashes..love the misc. jedi that you did..the snowtrooper is pretty sweet as well....you need to create a gallery for just your pics..cuz trying to go through all of your pages is murder..lol...(almost 200 pages..eepp!!)...lol....

Its like every figure in this thread takes me back to the days of KB toys. Klaatu looks grat so far!

Id like to find a couple more Marmit Sandtrooper buckets, they are so much better than SSC's buckets.

I've toyed w/ the idea of doing those as I really do prefer the look of the Marmit buckets. Thing is I don't have any Stormies so I'd have to re-work a Sandy, and suddenly they ain't cheap.

Thanks man. I have painted the neck on Klaatu just to kinda see what it looks like. Once I get the colors matched up I will post some pics.

I also cant decide to leave the outfit like it is or make a little more loose as it was in ROTJ. I guess I will just keep messing with it.

Yeah, the Sandtroopers are getting pricey. If someone was to cast the Marmit Sandy helmet, I would be interested in a couple.

My goal for 2013 is to finish/revisit a lot of my customs before I start any new ones. I decided to finish this guy. I took Duane's awesome sculpt and "thinned out his face a bit around the eyes. I am now sculpting the neck and will repaint the face to match.

Here is where I am at so far....

Exceptional! You know eventually you're gonna need a 1/6 Sand Skiff to go w/ these guys right?

Yeah, Im not sure I could figure that out either. Would be awesome though. In the meantime, my guys are regulated to Jabba's Palace.

I have had a few guys tell me that my thread is getting a bit long and that it is starting to become difficult finding pictures of my older customs. So because of this, I have started some picture albums of my customs that can be found in user profile. Im not finished, but just adding them as I get time.

Update on Klaatu. Worked on the neck, neck armor and shoulder armor. I still need to do some paint work on everything, but its all there. I just need to clean it up a bit.

Next up will be wrist guantlets and hands. I also am going to repaint the face, not too happy with it at the moment.
