It'd be nice if people would calm down until this gets into more hands and we see better pics. This is such a typical "sky is falling" reaction to initial pics of a piece. Even if it's not up to some people's standards, the bitching and moaning about it isn't going to change the result of this piece now. A lot of people that are complaining didn't even order it.

That is a *****ing abomination. Sounds cliche but my 18 inch Neca actually looks better than that. People are in serious denial.

I had one of those and even with bad pics the CC one looks better than the NECA. They put out decent stuff though, their Predators beat the new SS Maquettes pretty bad at 1/10 the cost, but still have that plastic toy look to them.

Would rather it had been chromed, regardless if it doubled the cost. But...I really don't see the SS as being a better option.

SS 1/4 scale ones are a joke, the chrome 1/2 they "purchased" from HCG is good, but that will set you back $2K.

As for chrome, these are not supposed to be chrome. They can't get the paint right from the ones coming out of China due to some odd import reason, otherwise we would have the correct studio used paint. From what I have seen they may have worked a long time on this, but it is not anywhere near the look their US painted 1:1s had.

Agreed. I cancelled my pre-order after much thought. It's not a cheap piece by any stretch, and chances are something better will come along eventually. I only need one Endo; it's a fave and I want it to be knockout. I think the genisys design is too complex a design for the 1/4 scale ultimately. I planned on collecting the whole TG line, but the Endo was meant to be the star of the show. So, a bummer. Love the guardian and 1/2 bust though, keeping those. The 1:1 TG skull I have and, it is nice. But am tempted to swap it for an HCG with the money saved. Here's hoping for a decent T2 Endo
