I'm sure someone can who owns that Hot Toys version, I sold mine a year ago to make way for the Genisys version. After seeing how inaccurate it was in every way including the giant phillips head screw in his chest, I dumped it for a better version.

Thought this was kinda funny.

I'd agree but there's a disconnect somewhere on the other board. Here's a few quotes:

"Best Endo piece in the last decade for sure."

I think the disconnect lies in denial.

It almost looks like someone photoshopped it to look terrible. Everything looks oblong and misshapen. So rough looking.

to be fair here yes this looks bad and I am really curious if the gunmetal parts are just flat black. but these pics are total crap and taken with a crappy phone way to close. So if anything people need to wait at least until in hand good photos come in before saying if its bad, and if it turns out really looking bad well... that sucks lol.

Lens distortion from being too close might explain the stretched look. Paint looks better than the bust, but still not what I was hoping for.

that paint they used might have that look in dim light but the real test will be in bright or sunlight. Looks to be similiar to the same stuff they used on the busts as well as the arnold statue and 1/2 scale bust. should hopefully know for sure soon enough tho.

That was my comment! Ha. I haven't paid in full, just the deposit.

And the comment says more about the lack of a decent Endo statue in the last 10 years more than anything.
Would rather it had been chromed, regardless if it doubled the cost. But...I really don't see the SS as being a better option.

But..what I really want to see is Sideshow actually deliver decent T2 product. An Arnold statue that looks like Arnold would be a start!

A T2 Arnold statue looks like Arnold has been done 8 years ago and still holds one of the best likeness so far.

Then be honest about what companies produce if you want them to produce better products. Challenging mediocrity places pressure to create a higher standard of collectibles - accepting mediocrity only reinforces the status quo. This is especially the case when a company like Chronicle Collectibles is active on forums which gives us a platform to express such criticism. They are looking for feedback.

So be honest: This is unacceptable.
