Hey DA,

I just posted on the Iminime Duke thread, but I couldn't help but notice what has been happening on the Iminime Cowboy thread. I only scan it every one in a while, but from what I can gather, did someone internal release a recast version of the sculpts? Do you think it was done on purpose? Is Iminime reliable?

Ok guys, I'm gonna slow down for a while due to work and travel, but I thought I would post some pics of....

John Wayne and Dean Martin in "Rio Bravo"!

Blondie Eastwood easily transformed into Dean with a switch of a vest. I need to add a badge, but other that that, done. Dean came out much better than I anticipated..

Got my packet in the post Today Jerry! All I can say is thank you ever so much! It looks like I will have to mod both and make two Brando's! Very pleased and the white cast is almost a perfect cast! Wish I got the hang of it that quick! I thought I would take a image before I start anything on it and spun it to the side to get a good angle of it and was just shocked how good the likeness is all around, now to lose the hair and sideburns and re-do it! Thanks again mate, great pieces!



I think I remember Jerry saying it looks incredible un-painted without the Hot Toys stock paint, maybe that looks better in hand but the sculpt itself is incredible!

Yes, I'm looking forward to seeing what Joel does as well. Joel is the "go to" Brando (and Dean) guy. His figs seem to have an extra kick with those guys, just like you have the same with your Wayne and western figs.

The interesting thing about Brando is I cast him on a whim. When I did though, he looked so much better in resin than the original hard plastic head. Same thing with the Wayne and Martin heads that I cast. It also allows you to paint them to a higher quality than the plastic ones...you want to jump on the band wagon?

Thanks a lot mate! While on the subject! Finally am happy with the Jett Rink! I do not know how many times I have changed out parts on this, it must have had five pairs of jeans that I never thought looked right, decided to try some Hot Toys Black Trousers and they look the best by far, changed out the boots as the cowboys boots, while more accurate just did not look right as they looked small. So I changed them out! Changed both hands out and painted them up and added a new bracelet! Very happy with it!

Eventually Right now I'm just riding high with my Manco bash
