I've never seen it, but I'd like to! I'm sure he is great in it as always, and she is sure nice to look at..

Haha, yeah! I am not big on comedy's but I think due to it having Loren and Brando together and knowing Chaplin directed it, it makes it more interested!

I am a fan and post a lot in the Aliens and Robots section I would say that my knowledge of the Classics can be found on previous pages in this thread & I don't limit myself

You like The Terminator as well as much more! Just you need to slowly stop with Arnold and get watching even more Classics!

For sure Arnold can't come close to Brando in the acting department. Its of course Arnold's role as an action star and tough guy that DA and even me enjoy his films. Of course there are other tough guys that came before Arnold that set the stage. I guess we can just agree to disagree and enjoy both classic & action films.

I don't think that we are disagreeing...this is good fun conversation! Actually, when I saw First Blood for the first time (with Stallone), I loved it! Same thing with some of the old Chuck Norris flicks. There is a time and place for all of them, and there's plenty of room for them on this thread. They don't hold up as well over time however (I don't think anyway)..

Actually, I haven't, not all the way through anyway. The Rat Pack made several movies together and I've never watched them all the way through. I've only seen parts of them. I loved their stage act, and I like watching Martin and Sinatra in their own roles (e.g. I though Sinatra was great in Von Ryan's Express), but I've never watched Sargeants three. I did hear it was one of their better ones though..

Arnold has some great movies imo, but it's all about personal tastes.

Love First Blood. One of Sly's best films. Of course Rocky will always be number 1.

No sense in living in the past all the time. I was raised by my folks on the classics and have much respect. I also enjoy watching a good comic book movie
