On another note Jerry, I checked out that A Countess in Hong Kong with Sophia Loren and Brando after you mentioned it, it's not bad at all! Did you say you had seen it?

Hey Joel, I just watched Countess from Hong Kong! It's not what I expected at all! In fact, I didn't know quite what the point of it was...did you know that Chaplin made several appearances as the old bursar?

It was good to see Brando in color and together with Loren. That made it interesting (as you mentioned)..

No, I agree mate! Not sure what really was going on! Apparently, it was based off of something that happened to Chaplin in the 1930's and yeah, he makes a few cameos that we're fun. Completely agree though!

So I just finished watching The Young Lions. Great film. I enjoyed every bit of it. Even the parts that are slow burning as it builds up towards the end. Acting was fantastic from Brando, Dean, Clift, and even everyone else. You really felt the tension and anguish they experienced before and during the war. Especially Brando's character as he tries to come to terms with himself as a Nazi. Thanks for recommending this film.

Yep, that was Sabrina...I like Jack in two of those, and Superman having a drink is a riot..and Bogart, he probably was in his mid fifties in that picture and he is romancing Audrey Hepburn. You'd have a smile on your face and be having a drink too! Of course, I still have a ways to go before I reach that age...now, DA on the other hand ..

I will buddy! I started the first one! Started with some scenes of Brando but it really did not get me interested to be honest but I will give it another try! Not a huge super hero movie fan but love the 1989 Batman!
