Hmmm.... I wonder maybe I should call a complaint on my ups guy so next time he will be more careful with my boxes. I may call his supervisor. Will think it over can't keep getting my boxes bashed up. Thank goodness this one and Vampi came ok. Can't say the same for wolverine and phoenix from xm.

Actually my XM Phoenix came really banged up and as soon as I pulled the XM box out of the shipper the shipper fell apart. I wasn't nervous at all because I knew how XM packing has been. Of course when I opened the XM box my Phoenix was there in perfect condition.

You're wasting your time complaining about the condition of your shipper box and if you really feel the need to complain about it, then take it up with SS. You're gonna make things worse if you call your local UPS to complain. The guy in your area will really not treat your boxes with any degree of care. What you really should do, if you're around, is get to know him and bring a can soda and be friends. Furthermore, while that box is in transit from the west coast to the east coast, it would be really hard to pinpoint where they are mishandling it. Sometimes it's not even mishandled, it's just pressed against other boxes and the damage is not intentional.

I got my Catwoman today and I like it very much. My only complaint and it might just happen to be that way it is that there's like a tiny piece of edge of the base that chipped off. But they painted over it and it's on the front, right in between her boots. Can anybody tell me if theirs is like that too?

Congrats and that looks good regardless of whether it is on purpose or to cover it up. I like it better even.

My only complaint is you still have that Indiana Jones box set still packaged up

LOL. That's a pretty good observation cause I bought that like in 2003 or 2004 and since I had already seen the Indiana Jones movies in blu-Ray, I never opened that box set that contains the first 3.

Thanks for complimenting my Cats. At first, I thought it might be over-priced, but this is a heavy statue and it's well worth the $400 price tag.

Congrats. This is a great piece and people are gonna be sad when they're sold out and then they will have to get it through the secondary market. 1500 made so I give it to the end of next month and then it's gonna be bye bye baby.

The base is suppose to be that way (chip and all), mine is exactly like it, I think it's suppose to add character to the base. I think there is a couple of spots on the edge like that on mine..

I agree only part im worried is when those heavy boxes gets dropped and something may break. But we can't avoid things like that. I still have faith in the XM boxing. Ss boxing is normally overall ok too. It's only the QC im more worried about.

I agree I did give my ups guy snacks before but they keep changing now I have no idea who it is. I will just let it be as long as they come with no breakage. Congrats on CW. She looks great! Thanks for pointing out the chip base. Never even noticed it. But it's all good since they are all likes that. Must be the mold ok SS did good with this one I admit. Just wished it was more consistent.

Ok, thanks guys for letting me know, cause the more I look at it, I can see now how well it fits the base. I want to say something, but I don't want to get beat up by other collectors here, but this classic Catwoman blows away that black outfit version, IMO.

I love my Darwyn Cooke Catwoman, but colors of the Balent statue just pop. I saw her in person at my LCS and just knew I had to have her.

There r a few black marks on the suit,unable to see with the head on and two the head has a few sloppy paint apps. One of the eyes has way more eyeshadow so it looks like she has a black eye lol. Gonna ask for a replacement head. Do they replace only the head in this case or will I have to send back the whole thing?

No, I almost did but they made the classic 1 and I went with that 1 instead.

They'll send you a new head and you have to destroy the old one and send pics of it.

I have destroyed HT items and other objects upon their instruction, but I don't think I can smash the heads of these pretty female statues.

It about killed me to take a hammer to my messed up geen with envy Ivy. Really hated to do it.

I am just waiting on some RP's to clear, then I am going to snap this one up. Came out sooooooo well. Too bad I have the wrong catwoman art print...

This year so far, I've gotten 4 female statues: jean grey, Emma frost, Vampirella and I just got classic Catwoman. I only needed to replace the Vampirella head and thank god their instruction was to send it back to them.

Ss should have at least gave us a art print with this at the high price and the simple sculpt with no switch out parts. A brand new COH would have been best. A sexy unmasked version with a new face not change of hair would have made this perfection.
