Put a blanket over the boxes, hide them from view!

Too late. after having the terminator in its box for 2 days, i caved it and put it back together again.

its that awesome even without the light up eyes.

This is its new resting place.

tnaig001, have you posted your collection here yet? I'd love to see it :)

not really. Just rented some warehouse space and gotten rid of a roomful of boxes.

Work is killer now. will work on some photos on the weekend :)

ok guys. a happy ending for this one.

While replacing the cracked hip with the first one they sent me (was going to file down the parts that didn't fit) i noticed that the wiring for both hips were different ie one had a red wire on the left while the other had a red wire on the right.

I took some wires to see if changing the way the wires were connected would make a difference- and guess what, it did!

The people who wired the hips just had not done it correctly.

So i resolded the wires and PRESTO! the eyes light up :D

Is this figure a static pose figure or is there some positioning available to the arms, torso, and head?

Congrats on getting the eyes to work tnaig. I bet you just filled that little hole in your chest because I would not be able to settle down with a deactivated 1:1 T-800 Endo. :D

Congrats tnaig!!! What a story!!

BTW, are you 501st? I see half of a scout trooper costume in one of your pics.

yeah, was quite a long drawn affair, trust me the missus wasn't impressed with the number of hours i had to spend on the endo.

But as they say, all's well that ends well. :yess:

@Shropt: not with the 501st yet. been working on the scout for a year now but been slow to finish it up. all the parts are in. just need to add the velcro and paint the helmet bits.

will get off my butt and complete it soon :)
