Yeah, saw it at Target or WM before SS had even announced the figure.

Hey, if calling us snobs makes him feel better about his Joe newb status, I really don't care.

I'm only calling folks snobs if they feel they're apart of that group I guess. As far as me being a joe newb. How does someone who's been buying and playing with them since age 4 a newb? I guess 24 years is still in the newb range.

Edit: Oh and I've got every figure in the line and ordered everyone of them as they went up.

All kidding aside, I watched Transformers as a kid, even had the toys, but didn't know near enough to pop in that thread and tell the hardcore TF fans what's what clearly having no ____ing idea what I'm talking about while trying to pigeonhole an argument in my favor so that I don't look like an ass. That's what was meant by "newb." I know people who've been drinking since 16 and they're in their 30s but can't handle more than a couple shots. Also, despite running the country for 8 years, I'd still call Bush a newb. So it doesn't matter how long you've been doing something.

Well, according to your analysis I'm a pro then. I know plenty about GI Joe and have no problems popping in and giving my thoughts knowing my thoughts are as valid and on point as some folks who "feel" they're pro's as well. The 80's cartoons, comics, and toys where my life as a kid and young adult. So them coming back has only allowed me to get back to my roots and enjoy things I did many moons ago. So believe me I'm no newb when it comes to things from the 80's. I haven't tried to angle an argument in my favor only given my two cents and pointed out things some choose to ignore.

Thats just a funny title. Its really not meant as anything more than that. I just play the other side of the fence in the discussions on the board. Just giving what the other side "might" be glossing over. That for whatever reason tends to get lost/

I'm with EF on this. He was announced and preordered way to early for that to be the case and with what's come down the pipe, there was really no reason they wouldn't have held him if that were true.

If you saw the video you would know that I am a huge Snake Eyes Fan for yours and have all his figures. I bought the Sideshow when it came out for my snake eyes collection so I have had him since release. And I do think the clothes and body are better on The Cobra Sniper.
