They're shaded...
In the whites they seem a little flat.Of course I could be wrong.
Anyway..this is the easy part...the conversion is the difficult and came out perfect!

I love my PF but of course this is better.Have you thought of shading the muscles?
I actually have considered it, but what doesn't show in these photos (due to light placement) is all of the natural shading that occurs now that the muscles are not covered by material. The lighting is in direct opposition to where the shadows would naturally fall. I'll take some normal ambient lighting shots to show what I mean.

The thing is, the Cap PF is actually one of the better done PFs, but the cloth still looks a little silly in spots, and the bigger problem (IMO), is that it hides the brilliance of the sculptor's work underneath.
