Confession: I actually like the Mighty Muggs

So they are making a Wicket. Excellent! I'll get him instead of Teebo. The others are all great-looking, and will be purchases. But I'm running out of room pretty quickly.

I found the shirtless Maul and the Darth Revan Muggs a bit ago at Walmart. They're both quite nice. By the way, I just found out about the next wave, which includes Bossk, Biggs, Teebo, and the Snowtrooper. The Shock Trooper is a Target exclusive. I think they all look awesome.

Apparently there are Ben Kenobi, Gamorrean Guard, and Wicket Muggs in the works as well:

I certainly know what you mean about running out of room. These are not easy pieces to display well. I might have to try and add another shelf to my display or something. I have already narrowed my main display down to just the OT Muggs, but even that is getting to be a lot. I have 16 OT figures now, including two stormtroopers.

I did the same thing. I had some PT Muggs, but backed off and decided to stick to just OT, and only cherry-pick from those. But as it stands now, I only don't have five from what has been released so far: Farm Boy Luke, Yoda, Leia, Palpatine, and Vader version 2. It seems I'm liking everything Hasbro is putting out and it's hard to leave something on the shelf.

I finally got around to picking up the Sallah and Short Round Mighty Muggs. At least that line is now complete, although I'm very disappointed Hasbro discontinued the Indy line.

Though I'm not a huge fan of the Muggs style overall, I do like some of them. I have the 2 Cap Americas, and I will get the Punisher and Starscream if I run across them. Plus, a Flint and Zartan, of course.

Dangit. I was working on a Wicket for my GF. Not to sound like I'm all high and mighty, but I think I like my design better I have also decided to cherry pick on these and pretty much only get the bad guys.

I always see a ton of these at forbidden planet nyc and midtown comics in manhattan. they always have the newest ones and the more popular ones too.

Thanks for the pics icruise, I for one think all of this OG trilogy love is a step in the right direction character wise. I wasn't feeling the last few releases. Also all of the MM are on sale at Target for $8.99 I believe till 02/02.

The blanks have been available for 6+ months I think. They're pretty neat, but you're probably better off buying existing Muggs because that way, you get accessories with them.

Also, if you buy an existing Mugg and paint over it you can take advantage of the different body types that exist. Still, it's kind of a good idea.

I think DA could do some cool things with those blanks and maybe make some cash on the side.
