Need to add eyebrows, colour to the scarring and lips. Also a little black under his eyes.

TwoFace what type of colors are you using? The white looks pretty thick so be careful. Do only use acrylic paints and no revell or others that people use for painting their model cars/tanks/planes... Further you should mix the paint with some water (50:50 mix) and add a little drop of dish soap to break the water surface. As a result the paint does not cover as good as before so you have to paint it maybe 3 or 4 times but the finished paint will be much thinner and detailed and really worth it. If you already used acrylic paints I didnt say anything. :lol

i have a load of pics on my computer of my cop joker, but i have no clue how to get them on, and when i tried, it didn't work...

I finished my cop Joker recently and I have painted his gun since the pictures have been taken. I still have to put the GCP badge on though.

Seeing the outfit with a white shirt and tie under the original shirt it does look better. But it is still too small. trousers are too short and it is still a shirt, not a jacket. I have the same one and am sinply not happy with it. Though the hat is perfect. We really need a better costume, hopefully my Mom did already finish her first attempt.
The gloves look really good where did you buy them?
Nice paint for the head aswell. Could you post any detail pics?

Added a darker skin colour. (Pic makes the paint glossy, and I need to repaint hair.)

KingGrayskull I agree with you about the shirt being a shirt and not a jacket though I do think it does well for what is available and It does look better with the shirt and Tie underneath. For the Gloves I used some kind of long DID white gloves that I cut off the long cuffs after I put them on the hands. I hope you like my detail face pics.

Would this jacket work? I bought a bunch of these figures on clearance and still have a jacket or two laying around.

Any Pics?

Dam I am looking forward to Feb. 20 after I have finished all my test in university I will paint all these guys too... :banana:banana:banana

@ thainer: The jacket is not a movie accurate one but at least it is a jacket. :lol The one in the movie had 4 golden buttons and 4 pockets on the front, each closed with a golden button. Further there were these patches on the shoulder. But the suit you have there would be great or another Dent or Gordon. Please shoot me a PM if you are selling these or where you did buy them. How much was such a set? It looks really nice.

@ menlojames: :horror Looks even better in detail. Though I would suggest a few "correction" (sorry do not know a better word :lol):

1.) make his eyebrows more "bushy" and they have to go more to the innerside. Further they are a little bigger on the outside.

2.) give him a dark (almost black) eyeliner under the eyes... look at the pic I will attach, they were really dark

3.) though it looks cool the scars werent pink/red in the movie. For accuracy you have to fix it but I dont know if I would really do, they look nice that way...

The first two points would give the head even more emotion. But it is already awesome as it is.

And I agree about the problem of availability. Still I am not a big fan of the Royal Hong Kong Police set, as it looks really crappy in detail pics and it isnt that accurate aswell... :monkey1

Edit:

Here's the pic... I did the edit with paint so dont hope for some graphical adventures here...

Looks great. Think about repainting the eyebrows too... I like it! Do you use any primer?

Edit:

Your last pic shows how much Ledger is in that sculpt... Many people say that version is quite off but it looks really good...

Looks good, may do a Cop Joker myself now. I'll wait to see if there is a Joker v3 first though, just in case.

Thanks KingGrayskull, I do use testors dull coat to seal and when blending I use Windsor & Newton matt or gloss medium depending on the look I am going for. I do not prime the head before I start as I want all the detail to show in the Sculpt.

Thanks titan1, I know what you mean there are so many great versions of the Joker, I am going to finish my Nurse version this weekend.
