i have a lot of pics of my cop joker, but the files are too big...how do i shrink the files and the size??? i would be very thankful for anyone who could help me.

hhmm.. not too sure villain, altho when ive had pics too big i usualy opened them up, then tried resaving them as a jpeg or something. that normaly works for me.

they already are jpegs. i made the dimensions of the picture smaller on photoshop, but i can't get the file any smaller...damn!

im having trouble finding the lapd uniform for the pants etc and the nypd suit for the hat etc...grr

You might want to fix all that chipping, and everything else. Its not bad, but you need to get a better skin tone. And try using a smaller brush, and use less paint layers.

so that nypd is the 1 u used? for the hat/badges frm shirt??
i cant find any of these uniforms u all seem to have.
This is the ebay number: 350096545689 This is the one I use. Female uniform which meas shirt is too tight and pants too short but the hat is good and the patches are not bad (though I will sculpt a few others too). This one seems to be sold out. You can choose to hope that store-rooms (the seller) will get it back or to buy another one. Enter at ebay 1/6 napd or lapd or police or whatever you can think of. There are a few. Not many though. I think best is to go with a nypd short shirt guy, buy a new white shirt and tie and Royal Hong Kong Police jacket but this will not be movie accurate at all. So the very best would be to wait if Hot Toys is bringing out a Cop Joker and if not to hope that I will offer you one of my glorious costumes when/if they are finished.

ahh yes! so are the pants ok for that 1 or are they too short aswel?? if they are ok i cud get that?? i emailed the guy who had it onebay and hes still go it so if uthink the pants are the right size?
what body is the majority using? hot toys true type? dragon?
I really do not know as I dont have it but they look good to me, which is no gurantee . I am using a TT body.

You will have to actually shrink the pictures or open them in a photo editor and downscale the quality/compress them when saving.
Or the easiest way: get a free photobucket account and upload pics there. Then just paste the links over here.

i took these photos a few weeks ago already, so they're a bit old. i casted the head, and i began painting it tonight, without the makeup, and i will attach the correct gcpd badge on the side of his uniform also
