Closest I've seen that would fit you is a Men's Sz. 5, If you really want a pair I can keep a look out for you. The smaller sizes go for considerably cheaper than the larger sizes.

That is a real slippery slope. Put aside the fact that they are accusations, and relatively tame ones in comparison to what they could be, where do you draw the line with historical, literary figures? Orson Scott Card was homophobic as I understand it. Kipling is controversial for his colonialist views. Hemingway was a real piece of work, particularly when you consider misogeny (same goes for Ian Fleming and countless others).
