Oh yes I agree. The list is huge. My initial reaction was one of shock but the more I thought about it the timing was awful and I understood why they did it. There are all sorts of cancellation of projects, Sandman is ending, Dark Horse is cutting ties with him. The age of innocent until proven guilty is completely gone.That is a real slippery slope. Put aside the fact that they are accusations, and relatively tame ones in comparison to what they could be, where do you draw the line with historical, literary figures? Orson Scott Card was homophobic as I understand it. Kipling is controversial for his colonialist views. Hemingway was a real piece of work, particularly when you consider misogeny (same goes for Ian Fleming and countless others).
