I'm a meat eater but there's certain things I just won't eat. One of them is veal, another horse. I don't care for much wild meat because I don't like the wild taste of it. I'll stick to beef, chicken and once in a while, pork.

I eat a lot more animals. Duck, wild boar, venison, shell fish, crustacians, etc, etc...

And veal! Veal Sorrentino and veal francese are two of my favorite dishes :drool

I won't eat veal. I don't like the way it's raised.

I like seafood too.

Oh, I do feel guilty whenever I eat veal - believe me. But, then I consider that within a few hundred-thousand-years, cows may evolve Minotaurs with a taste for human flesh. So, it's either them or us. Taking that into consideration, I'm performing my civic duty in preserving humanity's status at the top of the food chain.

I'm offended :lol but on a serious note. Best way to eat duck is to cut up in small little chunks grill them and then wrap bacon around it with Jalapenos. So freaking good.

I've only had duck once and it was in a French restaurant and they sliced it and put cherry sauce on it. Tasted like :monkey4

I ate roast duck once. It was freshly hunted by my uncle and roasted in the oven with a few spices and seasonings by my aunt and it was quite good.

The only thing I found to be less than pleasant was having to stop every few bites to remove some bird shot.

I ate a goat burger with provolone on a toasted pita. Speaking of that I also ate a Bison Burger or better known at a POW-WOW as a Buffalo Burger.

There used to be a reataurant near me that served all manner of (not-so) obscure meat such as Bison, Ostrich, Alligator, and many others. I remember eating a bison burger there...but I'll be damned if I can remember what it was like. I do know that I have never had any feeling of wanting another one very badly.

I had alligator and squirrel in some home made Gumbo, once. Both were good enough that if I ever ran into gumbo with gator and/or squirrel in it...I would not hesitate to enjoy some.
