While were on the subject of not so common animals to eat has anyone here tried fried rattlesnake? It is so ****ing good.

Actually it tastes very much like chicken! The only problem with it is it's much harder to eat than chicken. It can get annoying eatin around the cartliage bone whatever that **** is

I think I'd stick with the gumbo. I bet it's mean with venison.
