Spooktacular 2017 - codes expiring in a blink of an eye and discounts on toys nobody wants.

The time we have to enter these codes is downright luxurious compared to the 2 minute windows they’ve given us in the past.

Yeah, it's easy to tell who is around here just for Spook- if you're complaining about 5 min, 10 min, 30 min, 60 min, or multiple hour codes they've been posting all week! Almost EVERY code they released during SDCC up until Monday was for 5 minutes or less! And almost always worth $5 or less!

This is really when Spook becomes fun. Haven't slept in 36 hours and the conversations just get better and better. Codes are great...but when sleep deprivation comes into play that's when the true party starts. Always look forward to the late night stupidity. There are some great people around here.

its the 3am codes or 5 minute codes while driving that is the problem. But hey I would rather get some sleep than a $5 code and not going to be on my phone while driving (unlike 75% of the US)

I remember they did the Mandarin for $100 last year too. I also remember there being the Star Ace Voldemort for $150 with double rewards and free shipping, and $75 off a few of the Iron Man figures like Gamma.

Anyone who thinks these codes and short reward points is bad never went though earlier Spooks lots of free stuff that were just bad, the same 4' Frank and Van Helsing PF discount year after year, no free points. They were more fun though due to a smaller community, chat room all day.

A lot of contests and giveaways in chat. I think I miss that the most but it's just gotten so big now. The chat room had some really funny auto corrects.

Yeah I was talking more about the codes and discounts. Those were worse back then but were even then more fun as you had to find them only to find 4' frank again LOL
