Can you use a coupon code and reward points on the same order?

I have asked that question and never got an answer (here on the forum). I didn't think so because I thought there was a dropdown box on their website that allowed you to select one or the other, but not both.

It wouldn't hurt to ask someone at SSC though. Let me see if anyone is available on chat right now.

im pretty sure if you use a coupon code you cant use reward points or gain any reward points from the order. i think you can only use ONE method of discounting a item on a order

Here, this was in the rewards terms and conditions:

Members cannot combine Sideshow Rewards with any other discounts, rebates, coupons, rewards, gift cards, shipping discounts, or site promotions on any one order. Orders will be manually adjusted to reflect only one discount / promotion usage, at Sideshow’s discretion.

Definitely works on Heartbreaker. I just cancelled my original order for the Heartbreaker and reordered with the coupon.

Can't use the latest code on Deluxe Veteran Clone either. And when did the price on these guys go up $5-6? The last time I checked they were all $134

Ordered on July 1st and they were $139.99 as they are now.

The code still works on the 501st Clone for some reason, but not the other 3.

Strange how SSC puts up an ad telling you not to buy one of the other Clones and to buy the 501st instead because it's exclusive. Shouldn't you be trying to sell the whole set of 4, guys?

Usually the "Sideshow Exclusives" will not allow discount codes to work on them...bat a figure with a regular version and "Exclusive" that will work...

If you browse the Veteran Deluxe, you will see a header-like ad for the Orange and White Exclusive at the top.

Sideshow Exclusives work. I have used coupons for my pre-orders of EX Selina Kyle, DX11, Rescue Cap, to name a few.

Apart from random misconfiguration in their database and special off-limits items as decided by Sideshow, the prevailing rule seems to be based on a cut-off date sometime before the coupon is issued. Items released or up for pre-order after a certain date are ineligible.

oh ok. but it doesnt say not to buy something....and the 501st isnt the exclusive. so his post confused me.
