You can only use one or the other at a time.

Well that makes me feel better about missing out on a coupon for the 2-pack CA as I did use reward points.

So I know you get one NDR transfer, but do you also get a one time flex cancellation without the fees if several flexes have already been charged?

Can't hurt to ask. Keep in mind you checked the box stating you understood the penalties if you cancelled.

It did not hurt, it did the opposite and they did a courtesy full refund for me and transfered the NDR

You can't use Reward Point for shipping so yes.

i have a question about using reward points on waitlist items...
and wondering if there is a scam in there some where...

i put an order on waitlist for spiderman... (which seemed to go on waitlist WAY too fast). well it converted last week and i contacted SS asking them to apply my reward points to my order. NO dice. "we can't apply reward points to waitlist items" seems way too convenient that this thing went wait listed pretty dam quick then all of a sudden you can't use reward points on those purchases? anyone else ever run into this? they've altered my orders in the past to include coupon codes that came up after orders were placed etc... seems very VERY odd that the people in charge say they can't apply our reward points to these orders.

Not being able to apply Coupons or RP to WL items isn't odd at all, it's their policy.

Items going to WL then seeing plenty of conversions is nothing new either.
Bit like the 'Less Than' suddenly doubling.

If you want to use RP get on quickly.
