I already nominated my friend for the Batman PF which I already have on order since she's a big Batman fan as well. She wanted to return the favor and asked what I wanted so I'm trying to decide. ), who wouldn't? And I was not aware it was restricted to "select types" or people with "handicaps" in some ways. I don't know the addresses and phone numbers of a lot of people either, haha. We both lost our homes when Hurricane Sandy hit but I'm not using that as an excuse or anything. That's why I have a lot of reward points but had to repurchase a lot of my older collectibles again from my TDK collection. I received an email regarding the holiday gift giveaway, I asked if my friend wanted anything, she asked if she could return the favor, end of story. It's not like I asked every single one of my friends to nominate me or anything like that, most people on here know me and know I'm better than that. I don't think it's right to judge people like such in a condescending manner when it is not warranted, even if so sometimes.

It's no problem. I'm aware many people spend a lot at Sideshow which is why I don't see that as an excuse or reasoning for the holiday gift giveaway. I probably worded it poorly when I said "tricks" when I meant to ask, which I think I did in the same post or a previous one, was what kind of things Sideshow usually give away, since I never entered this last year when I first heard about it. I wanted to know what were some good options to be selected by Sideshow from previous entrants so that I know what are some things that might be on the table. Like Jedi said, I don't think anyone would mind a free gift and I don't think it's considered greedy for wanting to. My nominated gifts for my friend are things I already have on order anyhow. People know how limited my space is and how I've been trying to get rid of pieces (in 1/6) and focus my collection on fewer lines.I deleted my comment because I couldn't be bothered getting into it.

As I said I read it as nominating someone with a valid reason for deserving a gift.
I would assume that includes people who care for others, people who struggle daily due to physical or mental injury/disability, people who dedicate their lives to worthy causes etc...
Not someone who fancies another statue because they spend alot of money with Sideshow.
You're comment stood out because not only are you aking if there are any tricks to getting picked but also asking if you can opt for a bundle

. I'll probably end up pairing him alone anyhow. As long as is clear that is wishful thinking and not greed, it's all good.
