Is there a way to know the exact date that a figure becomes code eligible? Seems like I remember somebody saying its 60 days from the day it goes up for preorder but that info doesn't seem to be listed anywhere.

A few of us were being sarcastic and joking about the continued repetition of the same questions in here (using multiple discounts, etc.), so ignore those parts, but until recently the info on your site about RP was the old content. The text that said using any discounts prevented earning rewards, etc.

I can't locate the old content now and it looks like it's all been replaced.

New T&C is good: Sideshow Rewards Terms and Conditions | Sideshow Collectibles

Although this overview can be made more clear. Sideshow Rewards | Sideshow Collectibles

Specifically the middle bubble can be altered to specify that 5% on what is spent (which is the item price minus other discounts) is earned back in Rewards. The info is spelled out in the T&C but you can bet most people will never read that.

Also, the link to the T&C on the "Can I combine" FAQ is broken.

The position of using RP on sale items, including those pre-marked as free shipping should be clarified because, IMO, it does not fall under the use of using multiple discounts. For example, this item, Storm Shadow: G.I. Joe Storm Shadow Sixth Scale Figure by Sideshow Collect | Sideshow Collectibles is marked down 10%. It's further been marked as free shipping. Those are not discounts that a customer applies. For all intents and purposes, the listed price of $161.99 is simply the current price on the site and I would expect that RP can be used on that and of course collected as well.

Lastly, a database and front-end logic clean-up is overdue to prevent sold-out (archived) items from being recommended for purchase when browsing other pages.

Yeah, the T&C for reward points was updated several months ago in regards to reward point earning and discounts. :)

Thank's Pixel! I'll have the team look in that middle bubble text and if it's deemed as something that wouldn't be confusing to add some text too (though, frankly if I'm going to be honest here…hardly anyone will read it, but I agree that something could be added to that particular page). I'll also have the broken link looked into.

I did a quick search around on product pages and see an issue with sold out/wait listed items showing in the companion categories. I've sent along examples and screen shots to the team to see about fixing that. Are you seeing this issue anywhere else when browsing around? Please feel free to place links in and I can send those pages along as well.

And finally! Thanks, Pixel for your post! You've found some bugs that definitely need some fixing, so much appreciated! :)

Awesome! I had noticed that as well, and just muttered to myself, "I WISH I could order that!!!" It would be great if they can prevent that, since I feel that the site is taunting and teasing me for not buying the product when it was in-stock! :lol
