Am I misremembering, or didn't Alex once say that he couldn't actually give fractions of a dollar and would have to round up when there was a lottery for XX cents?

1 reward point = $.05, so he can give out any reward amount starting with that provided it’s a multiple of $.05. But he can’t give out fractions of a point, which is probably what he meant to say.
