Do you remember where the plastic cap came from?

Also, what about the vest? Looks a bit like flak jacket with removed inserts... Where is it from?

Thanks - One of my early HT Bashes...

Cap was from World Peace Keepers with the front sculpted on by me.

The flak vest was from Wild Works Nam set if I recall correctly.
