I'm pretty pumped for tonights episode. If the people who have done casting on Arrow cast the guy playing Flash, then I have zero fears. I can remember doubting the casting choices before Arrow premiered and I was dead wrong. I hope they have chosen a Flash who embodies the role as spectacularly as Amell has.

If the rumored Nightwing show turns out to be true and its as good as Arrow, my head will explode.

I was talking about this earlier today, but I would really like to see them expand the 'DCTVU' if you will, as much as possible. I almost wish DC would scrap the movies altogether and just focus on the shows, so far its the only thing they seem to do better than Marvel/Disney.

This episode was superb in everyway!! What a cliffhanger!! Barry Allen was portrayed perfectly and his story is in sync with the comic canon.

I thought the guy playing Barry did a great job. Loved Ollie's cracks about him looking so young. Awesome fight scenes too.

I loved how the show addressed that everyone was saying Barry Allen looked too young when we first meet him. Also loved Diggle's reference to "aliens". I have to admit, I was skeptical that Grant Gustin could pull off a believable Barry Allen. Too young, too skinny, and doesn't have the stereotypical CW leading man look. But I like him. He's likable, relatable, and down to earth. I'm sold.

Moira is not f$#king around is she? Just casually name dropping "his" name just like that.

Also, an interesting way to introduce Solomon Grundy into the mix. But understandable with Brother Blood being involved.

Arrow is doing such a great job world building and expanding its reach. Pshh, who needs the cinematic DCU and their Ultraman and Batfleck.

Also, way to tease the fans with the Flash origin! I wanted that damn lightning bolt to hit him damn it!

That was great, loved Oliver giving Roy the "tough love" he needed.

Their doing good, but they are now officially treading from a street vigilante show into a quickly growing superhero verse, hope they handle it well, this is a big change in direction.

The one guy that survived the serum injection from Brother Blood was named as Brother Cyrus...aka Cyrus Gold aka Solomon Grundy. He was the guy with the black mask fighting Ollie this episode.
