I'm not sure how I feel about everything that happened in the last episode. It feels like they were trying to cram too many different things all at the same time, and rushing the storylines for some reason.

Sara left, Roy is uncontrollable, Ollie has a kid, and his mother is killed.
all in one episode! It almost feels like someone else took over the show and wanted to get their agenda through as quickly as possible.

Anyway, I was half expecting Merlyn to come and intervene, or maybe Sara or even Roy somehow. So I commend them on going through with it.

I was expecting Slade to turn the gun on Thea after he turned his back on Moira, then Malcolm would come in and save her somehow.

Regardless, I thought this was a great episode and much better than most we've seen this half of the season.

I felt the focus always had to stay on Moira. Thea never posed a threat to Slade or his plans. Let's not forget that Moira told Blood she was dropping out of the mayoral race. When she didn't go through with it, she became a legit threat to Slade's plans. Since Slade is the man behind Blood (for his own interests), what Slade did makes perfect sense. Eliminate the possible threat of Moira to his grand plans and traumatize Oliver.

I don't think he brought them there with the intention of killing Moira. Killing off Moira would definitely help him move forward with his plans seeing as how Blood would become mayor, but I imagine his random super villain plans were the last things on his mind at that moment.

Although I don't like Slade just being 'bat****' crazy, it is about the only way they could justify his whole weird creepy obsession. Maybe they can redeem him still and cure him. I'd like to see the super potion removed from the equation on this show.

He should have killed off Thea. Not only because she is an annoying brat, but also to give Roy something to be legitimately upset about. Moira actually had a unique role this season, that of the politician. Might have been interesting to see develop but I guess there's only room enough for one inside man. At least Deathstroke finally got to do something real to Ollie. I was worried we were in for another "catch and release." :lol

As for the use of Mirakuru, I think we're due for a break after this season. The basic misstep as far as Deathstroke is concerned is that they could have constructed a situation were Ollie clearly did make a moral mistake. I wasn't even sold on Slade having a crush on Shadu, then they make it part of the crux in his turning evil. The focus ought to be on the loss of his eye.

Just watched the recent episode it was good to the end like come on Slade really he's doing all this cause of a woman he wasn't into him its getting real old.

Damn, can't believe no one commented on what went down or on that preview for next week. Oliver, Canary, Al Ghoul, Red Arrow, and a squad of League assassins out on the streets in force? Gonna be a great season finale. :yess: :panic:

I thought it was a good episode, but it didn't seem to be anything much to talk about here. I will say, it is remarkable how much more likable Laurell has become in recent episodes. She has gotten over her whiny, poor me attitude and is acting like an adult again. I still dont see how she fits in with the group though. Maybe as the "legal" expert? The DA for Starling City? Could she be next in line for the recently vacated position of mayor?

I know part of what I liked about the episode is that there was hardly any Roy or Thea. The Thea scenes were tolerable though since Malcolm is back! There's no way Thea kills Malcolm. Either she shoots someone behind him or misses him or he has bullet proof armor on. No way Malcolm gets taken out by that twit.

Summer Glau is very nice looking, but she is a terrible actress and looks laughable as the Ravager. :lol

Looking forward to the finale next week!

Why do I keep hoping Flash shows up to help GA? Is Barry ever going to wake the hell up?

I love Nyssa, too bad they couldn't work her into the series more, seems like she shows up and is gone just as quick, maybe that's what I like, she is definitely not overused.

Great finale! The show had a lot of ups and downs this year, but ended on a strong note. The action scenes on this show are fantastic. My jaw dropped when Oliver told Felicity that he loved her. Then it was revealed to all be part of his plan. Tricky, tricky.

Nyssa is awesome and I hope that she comes back in the future and brings Sara with her. Bummed that they both appear to be leaving the show. Does this mean Laurel will take up the BC role now? I hope not. I would like to see Diggle's wife stick around and it is clear that Amanda Waller will be back as well. Nice wrap up to the season and setting things up for S3.

Is it too much to hope for that Thea holds true to her promise and never comes back???

Anyone watch Tomorrow People? Guess it's season is already over, but it's a superhero show and the star is Oliver's (RL) cousin who plays a mutant hero. This family is hooked up.

It was meh finale they dragged there feet with the slade thing I wanted to love the finale it just wasn't that good.
