yeah, fedex told me that they wouldnt credit me back for the shipping and that the shipper would have to intiate the chargeback thru their returns department. The service guarantee was pretty much null since it look them almost a week to ship an express package. I did call FEDEX and they basically just laughed in my face. Once again it looks like my spiderman is late... I understand its XMAS and all but I dont intend to tip the driver at all... and if this becomes an habitual problem Ill take it up with BBB.

Being from Calgary as well, FEDEX hasn't screwed with me. (Yet. Hopefully, never.)

Hope everything turns out well for you bud, if I was in your situation it would probably drive me bonkers. (More bonkers than usual anyway)

are you receiving your spiderman today? I wasnt sure if you ordered one. It looks like mine is in Calgary... ill give it another 5 hours to arrive. If not Im probably better off just requesting that they hold the packages that arrive at the station, .... and just drive down there and pick em up. At least Id have more control on being able to take a shower or walk my dog without worrying about missing a delivery.

Black Panther arrived... better than I expected but a major paint mark on his leg and the box was opened and padding ripped. Dunno wot to do, I got a super low number too.. #44

Unfortunately I missed that ship but I am on the waitlist but I do have the Panther PF coming so, fingers crossed.

yeah i just wanna point out, fedex as a whole has been great with deliveries... especially since I only pay $25 per piece for express shipping. Out of 20 statues I've only had problems with 1 regarding shipping. 5% isnt that bad at all, I just hope that the driver doesnt make a habit of it. I plan to stick with sideshow and the marvel line for some time.
