Yeah, likle the photo there...a bit of hair out of place. That slight flip up looks better, and put back the couple of hairs right at the part line. That should do it.

Agreed. Any more tweaking and it will be overdone. That, and all of us have a different idea of what we want it to look like, so it's just going to get more complicated from here.
