"All of a sudden, this tall man in a white suit and an ascot..."

"An ascot? That's a bit much."

I love it.:lol

I loved Steven DeKnight's Spartacus series. I'm guessing he brings that same edge to DD (minus all the **** lol).

im 4 episodes in and Im loving it. The direction, choreography, style, actors and writing on this make up one thing...One hell of a good tv show

Just watched the first 2 episodes this morning with my twin brother.
I have to say pretty good so far.
The fact they acknowledge that other heroes exist and they mention the events of the Avengers movie makes it sound like one solid universe.

One thing stuck out to me

I am wondering why in the very first scene, a crowd of about 100 onlookers is just standing there as a hurt child lays there as unknown dangerous chemicals spill all over him for atleast a couple minutes (responders were already there).
It seems like the reason he went blind wasn't because of the accident itself, but that no one attended to him afterwards. If any cop or paramedic had the bright idea to tell him to close his eyes and wash off his face (let alone give him any other kind of attention you might want to give a child after a car accident) he would have been fine.
Instead his dad with zero paramedic experience is the only one to even think to ask if he is ok and lets him rub that crap in his eyes, and the rest is history.

Those extras were told not to interact with the principles :lol but yeah, a "real" person would've done something. It was funny to watch them shoot that thinking, shouldn't we be acknowledging this incident and be reacting in certain ways... but yeah, that's what happens on a movie set :lol

You guys will love the stuntwork we did on this. :yess: It was fun and smart choreography!

The fight choreography is amazing!! You guys did an awesome job! It is very gritty and kinetic, very Raid-like I find.

I am through to episode 6 and I love it so far. I almost regret going through these episodes so fast.

I just got done watching the first episode and damn, this show is brutal. I mean, it has child kidnappings, strangling, hanging, tons of blood, etc. Honestly, I wasn't expecting this level of violence. Not that I'm complaining, DD is a dark character. I'm not binge watching, but 'll surely make it to 4 tonight.

Just wait until Episode 4. If you thought everything in the first one was crazy, you'll probably **** a brick.:lol

So im on episode 3 right now and curious, does it ever start to focus more on Daredevil being a superhero?

Because right now it seems that the only thing separating it from being a lawyer procedural is that Matt has to beat people up before he interviews witnesses.

Watched the first episode. Foggy seems to be the weak link for so far. Love the choreography. Love the grit (since it's not just a buzz word in this case). Loved Deborah Ann Woll as Jessica in True Blood and thusly appreciated the 'changing the shirt' scene. :yess:

Now if I could get out of work to go watch as many episodes as I can fit in tonight before passing out on the couch.. :panic:
