:lol That's exactly what I thought of when I first saw it

I don't really like the outfit, but as long as they do a good job developing the character I don't care what he wears. Daredevil has my favorite story-line in comics, and one of my favorite fictional story-lines overall. If it's done well, it's going to surpass the Nolan movies as my favorite live action comic book adaption!

I'm not familiar with this Charlie Cox, but it would be great if he does something that transcends the source material like Robert Downey Jr. did with Tony Stark. I always liked Iron Man, but I think they did a fantastic job invigorating the character with the first movie. I love that movie so much! Although, I guess you could argue other characters are perfect the way they are. Whatever, Daredevil...Yahooo!

Hahahaha

Yea that cowl looks horrific. Daredevil is certainly in my top 5 favorite Marvel characters, but I'm willing to ignore that horrible looking design if the show is good. Story and acting have always been my main concern with these live action superhero properties.

I think the only thing I've seen him in was Stardust. Great movie, but not much to go on for this part. :lol Should be fine though.

He was pretty good in Boardwalk Empire and with an american accent I think he'll carry himself well as Matt Murdock. In interviews he also sounded genuinely excited for the role and to put on the suit too so thats always good to hear.

Thanks! That's great to hear! I think it's fantastic that these Marvel studios actors are so enthusiastic about their roles. Ever since there was the news story of Iron Man prosthetic arm, I've been following RDJ on twitter. It's so cool to see how jubilant he is. I've made criticisms in the past about the superhero movies, but I think it's pretty great that movies people are most excited for are of guys that go around and help protect people.

@Johnny Thanks for the clip Johnny!

I've got a conference for work this weekend so I may not get a chance to start watching this until Sunday or Monday. I have a feeling I'm going to have to stay away from this thread and most of the Internet to avoid spoilers.
