Yes, books with words, and no pictures. :lol

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll check those out.

There are quite a few Marvel Prose Novel publications available. Some are original stories such as this;

and some are adaptations of stories that originally featured in a comic book;

In terms of novels where Daredevil is the main character, I believe there are only these two available;

Both are original stories I think, and were published in the 90's.

You are missing out on some incredible art if you stick to prose novels though!

On episode nine......while I get the back fill for casual viewers episode eight kinda seemed outta place....regardless loving the series thus far.

Just finished this up. Wow! This was an exceptional series from Marvel. It had a Nolanesque 'Dark Knight' quality to it. It thought it was pretty much flawless.

I think you filled in the blanks. She never showed full anything as far as I remember. :( She did have a scene with Jason with a strategically placed red sheet. Saw a lot of her but not the full goods.

Then I won't go back and try to find the clip. lol I'll leave it in my head, where it belongs. I don't want that ruined. :monkey3

So I'm watching Daredevil and I see the widow of the dead guy in Karen's apartment looks really familiar. So I go digging to see where I know her from and find her name is Wendy Moniz which doesn't ring a bell until I look her up on wiki and lo and behold she was on the soap opera my wife used to watch, but I also noticed she is married to Frank Grillo, aka crossbones.

Useless trivia.

I really liked the series as a whole. Not a fan of his red costume, the mask looks weird.

My favorite bit of subtlety, in Ep 8 showing Fisk's all black suits, then you have Vanessa in the all white dress and they start co-habitating, and he starts wearing a dark grey suit, like some of her mixed in with him. I was hoping he would slowly shift in wearing all white suits. . . and he kinda did by the end there, haha.

I really liked what D'Onofrio did with the character.

Just finished the series, overall really impressed, the wait for a potential second season will be a long one

I finished it a couple days before and I have to say, it puts every other CB show to shame. The last 2 or so episodes dragged a bit too much and the fight scenes became more and more comic book-y as time went on, but overall it was near perfect. Also, I found Foggy to be quite funny. I almost never laugh when watching a film, but almost all of his jokes made me chuckle.

What do you think Fisk asked of Vanessa in the final episode as it cut away to the FBI rolling up at his place?!!!

My guess is maybe a proposal? I can see it being all good and dandy and something happens to Vanessa. Then Fisk becomes invincible.

I hope we get a blu ray release. This show is badass. I would to watch it without having my ****** connection interfering with the loading. :lol
