does anyone else find it completely odd and compelling that Elektra has already had a feature length movie? Especially with all this talk about feminism and the "first" female superhero movie pending. I know the movie sucked but I just find it interesting that it was Elektra of all marvel superheroines.

Elektra isn't a superhero.

What talk about the first female superhero movie? We already had a Supergirl movie, a Catwoman movie, Tank Girl, Barbwire, plus Elektra. Could be more.

Neither are any of them.

I honestly never saw Catwoman, Barbwire, or Elektra. . .so I'll take your word on that But was Supergirl not the super-powered alien just like Superman in that one? Admittedly, I haven't seen it in 30 years and will never see it again, but that is my vague recollection. Would be funny if it was just a random woman wearing Superman's clothes to fight crime.

Of all the awesome things in that trailer I'm very curious to know what Rosario Dawson's character meant by "this isn't your city anymore". Is she referring to Punisher or someone else in the MCU?

Hard to get on a static shot but in motion it looks like skull for sure.
Looks like both Frank and Elektra has alternative costumes.

It is released all at once, that's how Netflix does everything.

Yeah, there's around a difference of 2 or 3 days. There's a raging flu over here (300 dead in around 3 weeks), so I'll not be going to see BvS during its day of release, so this will do nicely. They predict it'll be over by the beginning of April, and seeing how it hits theatres on the 24th, a week of waiting ain't so bad.

Well, towards the end it seems as if she has another costume. The shot with her and Matt on a rooftop with their backs on the camera. Let's hope it's something more akin to the source material...
